At Jewish Veg "for health" is an important part of our mission. It is a large part of why we feel going plant-based is the best option for everyone. Paying attention to personal health is a key part of our Jewish values. With this in mind, please join us for an hour long easy flow vinyasa yoga class led by our very own (200-hr vinyasa certified) Director of Member Engagement and Development Evan Davidoff.
The dharma talk will have a uniquely vegan and Jewish theme tied in. Then we'll take some time to move our bodies, bring attention to our breath and find some meditative space.
Tickets are $10 each. Class will be 60 minutes long.
All donations go to Jewish Veg. Any additional donations also go to support creating and growing Jewish vegan community and are greatly appreciated.
